I wish you success in your goal, whether it
is to lose weight or just to have more energy. One thing I
have learned since starting this business is that
everyone’s body is different. Here are some
"rules" to make sure you get the most out of
MetaboBurn!
Find your dosage, and be consistent in
taking it. I recently had a customer who called and said
it wasn’t working for her. I started asking questions
and found out that sometimes she got so busy that she
forgot to take her MetaboBurn! It is very important that
you find the dosage that works for you, and take it at the
same times each day. A good place to start is one capsule
when you first wake up, one capsule before lunch, and one
in the mid-afternoon (if you take them too late in the
day, you may have too much energy to sleep). When you are
at your correct dosage, you should notice an increase in
energy without a jittery feeling. If you feel jittery, you
should lower your dosage, and if you aren’t noticing
energy, increase it to 2 capsules per dose. Don’t take
over 8 capsules per day though.
Make sure you eat within a half-hour of
taking your MetaboBurn! When you eat, your metabolism
speeds up, helping the MetaboBurn! do it’s job. Also,
the herbs can more easily absorb into your system if you
eat after taking it. Although there is no specific diet
plan with MetaboBurn!, use common sense and try to eat
low-fat and nutritional foods.
Drink plenty of water! It is highly
recommended to drink at least an 8 ounce glass of water
with each capsule, and to make sure you are drinking 6-8
glasses each day. If you don’t enjoy the taste of water,
try putting a slice of lemon or lime in it, or mix it with
a low-calorie drink mix like Crystal Light.
Don’t get discouraged or give up easily.
I have a few customers who took it for 1-2 months before
seeing results, and are now very happy with the way they
look! Be consistent, and be determined to make it work
this time!
Although exercise isn’t part of the
program, it does further boost your metabolism and will
help the MetaboBurn! work faster. Even a 30 minute walk 3
times a week can help you become much healthier.
Lastly, don’t check your scale every
day. It is natural for your weight to fluctuate throughout
the day and the week. Pick one day a week to weigh
yourself, and weigh yourself the same time of day each
week. Also, it is recommended to measure yourself each
week as well. Since fat weighs less than muscle, you may
become smaller in size without losing many actual pounds.
